Renewing your expired health insurance policy

If your health insurance cover has expired, follow these easy steps and get your renewal!

Start by clicking on ‘Manage your Insurance’ then ‘My Policies’ followed by ‘Health’.

You will see your health insurance policy that needs to be renewed, then you will simply click on ‘Renewal’ and 

follow the steps after which involve confirming your previous details.

Now you will need to confirm or update the medical information you had filled in in your previous purchase.

Indicate when you want the policy to start then confirm the summary given and put in your signature.

Once that is done, you will be able to make your payment.

Once your payment is done, you are set! 

You will get a message from the insurance company and a notification from us.
