This is a Policy that covers an individual or group against unforeseen accidents and incidents while traveling to foreign countries.

What is the cover period of the Travel Policy?
The Travel Policy will be providing coverage to the insured within the contracted period and for traveling periods of a maximum of 92 consecutive days.
Is there an age limit on the travel insurance policy?
Yes. The maximum insured age is 80 years old .Persons that are aged 81 years and above are not eligible for the cover.
Does my travel policy cover treatment for Pre-existing medical diseases?
No. Your Travel policy does NOT cover pre-existing medical illnesses.
Does my Travel policy cover extreme sporting activities?
No. Dangerous sporting activities such as skydiving, motor racing, mountain climbing and underwater diving are excluded from the cover.
Is dental treatment covered under the travel insurance policy?
Yes, as long as the treatment is an emergency and the treatment is on natural teeth. If the reason for your travel is to receive dental treatment, this would not be covered under any of travel insurance policy
When I am traveling will I be covered in my usual country of residence?
No. The policy does not cover the country of residence of the ticket holder. It only covers the claims that occur abroad.
