Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Telesales Support Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Support Representative, you will play a key role in assisting our sales team by providing excellent customer service and support to potential and existing clients over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, product information, and sales-related questions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their concerns, and offering appropriate solutions or products.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support sales efforts and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using CRM software.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate information to customers.
  • Assist in generating leads and identifying potential sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead qualification.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technology Savvy.
