Role Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Associate “Motor” to join our team and play a critical role in further developing our motor insurance sales through the mTek platform. As a Sales Associate “Motor”, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a sales pipeline for specifically motor insurance sales through the various B2B2C channels ultimately simplifying insurance for the end-user.

Responsibilities

  • Setting and monitoring sales objectives
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with strategic sales stakeholder
  • Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans
  • Contributing to meeting sales targets
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
  • Answering customer queries
  • Mediating disputes with customers

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Insurance, Business Management or related field
  • 3-5 years’ sales experience – Insurance industry will be an added advantage
  • Embracing of digital solutions
  • Self-Motivated and Agile mindset
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
