Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Associate “Gadget” to join our team and play a critical role in further developing our Gadget insurance sales through the mTek platform. As a Sales Associate “Gadget”, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a sales pipeline for specifically Gadget insurance sales through the various B2B2C channels ultimately simplifying insurance for the end-user.
Responsibilities
- Setting and monitoring sales objectives
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with strategic sales stakeholder
- Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans
- Contributing to meeting sales targets
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments
- Answering customer queries
- Mediating disputes with customers
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Insurance, Business Management or related field
- 3-5 years’ sales experience – Insurance industry will be an added advantage
- Embracing of digital solutions
- Self-Motivated and Agile mindset
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
