Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven professional to support the Head of Sales in driving business development initiatives across mTek’s digital insurance ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying, closing, and managing B2B partnerships, while also promoting mTek’s technology solutions to key players in the insurance value chain.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and close new B2B partnerships
- Develop compelling value propositions by matching insurance products to client business models.
- Pitch mTek’s technology solutions to stakeholders within the insurance ecosystem such as banks, insurance companies, agents, brokers, and SACCOs.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing partnerships and newly closed leads.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term engagement and growth.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure partner satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years’ experience in insurance, fintech, or B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
- Comfortable with digital tools and CRM platforms.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented.
Remuneration
- Retainer plus commission based on closed deals and revenue performance.
