About The Role
As Sales Representative, you will be work with our sales team to help us achieve our goals for the Sales Department
1. Signing up of Agents
2. Contacting and selling to potential or existing customers to inform them about mTek products and services
3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales and answer towards all requirements prospects might have
4. Keeping records of all calls and sales and note useful information as well as update the database.
5. Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
6. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
7. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
8. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
9. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
10. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
11. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
12. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
13. Continuously improve through feedback
1. Degree in Marketing or a related field
2. 2 years’ experience in the field.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, Customer relations and presentation skills
4. Keen to detail, reliable, goal oriented, task driven.
